This year, our General Manager, Veronica planted a garden just for PQM on her own property, Spur Farm. We're celebrating the first harvest with a special collaboration featuring Chef Jason Hammel of Lula Cafe, Rob Levitt, and Kyle Huff.
We’ll be showcasing produce grown with care, picked fresh from Veronica’s farm, and brought straight to the kitchen, then onto your plate that same day. Think peak-season flavors, thoughtful cooking, and a menu that celebrates everything local and fresh.
