We begin the afternoon the Italian way — gathered around the table for a generous aperitivo featuring a thoughtfully prepared selection of Italian-inspired bites and antipasti.

More than a simple welcome snack, our aperitivo is an experience in itself: abundant, varied, and meant for sharing, giving everyone time to settle in, enjoy the food, meet the group, and ease into the relaxed rhythm of the afternoon.

You’ll learn how to make fresh Italian pasta by hand using traditional techniques.

Depending on the day, participants may prepare styles such as:

• Tagliatelle
• Ravioli
• Gnocchi
• Other regional pasta varieties

You’ll work directly with the dough and learn shaping, texture, and preparation techniques in a hands-on and approachable format.

Participants will also prepare authentic Italian tiramisù while learning:

• Cream preparation
• Layering techniques
• Ingredient balance
• Traditional Italian methods
