At Ungrafted, we think sparkling wines are for everyday drinking, and you should too! This class is your comprehensive deep dive into the fascinating world of bubbles! You may already be familiar with Champagne, Cava, or Prosecco, but what about Crémant, Sekt, and other sparkling styles from around the globe? This class breaks down the key differences in winemaking, grapes, history and tradition. Taste 6 sparkling wines and compare them to learn how these differences translate to flavor and fun in a glass. 

A 20% service fee has been added to the price of the ticket to take care of our wonderful staff.

Street Parking is available, arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
