We'll taste seven unique sparkling wines from both renowned and lesser-known regions, discovering the stories behind the bubbles and what makes each style special. Along the way, you'll learn simple tips for choosing, serving, and pairing sparkling wines while enjoying a variety of seasonal small bites selected to complement each wine.

The evening will be led by Svetlana Yanushkevich, founder of WineNot Experiences, wine educator, professional sommelier, and holder of the WSET Diploma in Wines from London—one of the wine industry's most respected professional certifications. With decades of experience in wine education, hospitality, and international wine travel, Svetlana brings a relaxed, approachable style that makes learning about wine both enjoyable and engaging.
