Spanish Wines & Spanish Rinds

Join us as we celebrate Spain in our Spanish version of our Wines & Rinds series. You've probably heard of Manchego, but how well do you know the wonderful depth of Spanish cheese? Get ready to find out! In this guided pairing class, our cheesemongers & sommelier will pair five different cheeses and five different wines all from Spain. We'll be tasting a wide variety of cheeses and wines so that you can truly discover what makes Spain one of the culinary capitals of the world!

If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
