On Thursday, November 12th, Chef Dominique Leach is pleased to welcome Chef Ken Polk to the table at Lexington Better Smokehouse for the next installment of South Side & Friends dinner series. 

As Executive Chef at Batter & Berries, the iconic Chicago brunch spot named one of the best places for breakfast in the city by USA Today in 2021, and a culinary teacher, Chef Ken knows a thing or two about creating dreamy dishes. 

Known for his viral French Toast Flights and global takes on breakfast staples, there’s much more to Chef Ken than just brunch! Like Chef Dominique, he’s a classically trained chef who combines culinary technique and creativity with a deep appreciation for his Southern roots and family's soulful cooking.

Now, the two chefs are coming together for an elevated, multi-course dinner that brings the best of both worlds to the table: professional culinary expertise paired with generations of kitchen wisdom and the traditions that make Southern food so special.

Doors will open at 6 PM, with the dinner beginning at 6:30 PM
