Fiddler's Farm is a sourdough micro bakery in Harmony, NJ. The proprietor, Meghann will be instructing this hands-on workshop. All participants will learn the art and science of sourdough baking - from the very basics to baking a beautiful loaf at home. We'll cover everything needed to get started to troubleshooting tips and FAQs. Each participant will mix their own sourdough during the workshop to take home and bake the next day. They will also receive: Their freshly mixed dough, a stainless steel mixing bowl & bowl scapper, a dehydrated sourdough starter with rehydration instructions, a beginner-friendly sourdough loaf recipe, and a printed FAQ and troubleshooting guide.
