Join us for a fun, hands-on in-person event all about crafting the perfect sourdough pizza from scratch. Whether you're a pizza pro or just love a great slice, this is your chance to learn cool tips, enjoy amazing flavors, and hang out with fellow pizza lovers. In this class, we will use sourdough to make Neapolitan-style as well as focaccia pizzas. Chef Maria will walk through the process of using a sourdough starter to make two different doughs, then we will create delicious and creative pizzas on a countertop pizza oven using ingredients from The Ancient Olive.

Guests will be tasting all dishes and will take home recipes as well as some sourdough starter, so they can be recreated at home.
