Join us at Sound by the Sea for a night where food and sound move together — a shared table, a curated menu, and records playing from start to finish.
This is not a typical dinner. It’s a slower experience built around presence, conversation, and carefully selected music on our vintage hi-fi system.
A seasonal 3-course Italian dinner by Chef Davide Brevi (Pizza Yolo), inspired by tradition and simple, high-quality ingredients.
Starter
• Insalata Caprese — fresh mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil
• Italian Roll — Parma prosciutto, arugula, mango
• Octopus Salad — octopus, potato, parsley
Main
• Lemon Pesto Spaghetti
• Bolognese Paccheri
• Peposo all’Impruneta — 8-hour braised beef, Chianti wine, black pepper
Dessert
• Tiramisù della Nona
• Pistachio Ricotta Cake
Guests will be invited to select their preferred dishes ahead of time.
Optional: 2-hour open bar featuring a curated selection of wines and house cocktails.
Music will be played on vinyl throughout the evening — warm, immersive, and intentional.
Expect a selection of Italian classics, jazz, soul, and ambient textures to accompany the pace of the night.
No rush. No loud interruptions. Just sound that supports the room.
