SORBET Pre-Harvest Dinner At Rossi Ranch

We're delighted to celebrate the height of the growing season with SORBET's Summer Dinner at Rossi Ranch. Join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and community, with the opportunity to spend time one-on-one with local growers and producers who are shaping the future of Sonoma Valley agriculture. 

 

Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal featuring ingredients sourced from farmers committed to the health of our land, our communities, and our planet. Food will be provided and prepared by Allikai Eatery’s own Chef Fiorella.Set against the backdrop of Rossi Ranch's historic vineyards and organic farming practices, the evening offers a chance to gather just as the precipice of the 2026 harvest season. 

 

Ticket sales and donations will support SORBET's ongoing mission to advance and educate on organic, regenerative and biodynamic winegrowing in Sonoma Valley. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a raffle featuring a selection of special bottles generously donated by local producers. 

 

Additional Information: 21+. Sandals and heels are not recommended. 10 – 15 SORBET winemakers will be present. Food and wine are included with ticket price.
