Four acclaimed chefs come together at Lido at The Standard Spa for a one-night-only SOBEWFF® dinner where bold ideas, global influences and distinct culinary styles meet. James Beard Award winner, Top Chef champion and Iron Chef Stephanie Izard joins award-winning chef and Beat Bobby Flay winner Kenny Gilbert, acclaimed chef Mei Lin and chef Zachary Dworsky for an evening built around creative collaboration and big flavor.

Izard, the acclaimed chef behind Girl & the Goat and a collection of celebrated restaurants in Chicago and California, is known for cooking that is bold, playful and endlessly creative, pulling inspiration from flavors around the world. Gilbert brings an equally wide-ranging perspective shaped by more than two decades in professional kitchens, extensive global travels and a deep appreciation for Southern cooking. Now Vice President of Culinary at Grove Bay Hospitality Group, he is also the chef behind House of Birds & Drop Biscuits at Regatta Grove and author of Southern Cooking, Global Flavors.

Lin brings her own bold, modern approach to the table, drawing on her Chinese heritage and years spent in some of the country’s most celebrated kitchens to create dishes that balance technique, creativity and deeply layered flavors. Dworsky rounds out the group with his own culinary perspective and creativity, setting the stage for a menu shaped by four chefs with distinctly different points of view.

Together, Izard, Gilbert, Lin and Dworsky will create a multi-course menu that brings their individual styles into conversation, pairing unexpected global influences with soulful flavors, thoughtful technique and plenty of personality.
