Expect the unexpected when one of the world’s most visionary chefs takes over one of Miami’s most iconic spaces. Massimo Bottura joins Torno Subito Miami Executive Chef Bernardo Paladini for a one-night-only SOBEWFF® dinner at the historic Moore Building in the heart of the Miami Design District.

Bottura, the creative force behind three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, has spent his career challenging conventions and pushing Italian cuisine forward. Known for transforming familiar flavors and ideas through imagination, technique and storytelling, his approach is thoughtful, provocative and never predictable. That same creative spirit fuels Torno Subito, where Italian cuisine is viewed through a contemporary lens with a sense of playfulness woven throughout.

Alongside him, Paladini brings Torno Subito Miami’s culinary identity to life, translating Bottura’s boundary-pushing philosophy through his own perspective and the energy of Miami. Together, the two chefs will create a multi-course menu that reimagines Italian flavors with inventive technique, unexpected combinations and plenty of personality.
