Tere Gallina and Nicolas Martinez co-founded Recoveco in 2024, bringing together their complementary skills and global approach to seasonal, Spanish-inspired cuisine. Both are deeply engaged in Miami’s food scene through collaborations with local farmers, fishermen, and culinary organizations.
Together, the trio will craft a multi-course menu that celebrates the union of two beloved Miami restaurants—combining the heart of Spanish cooking with the bold spirit of a modern steakhouse.
This event will take place at SGWS Wynwood, a state-of-the-art hospitality and education center located in Miami’s most eclectic arts and culture district.
