For Miami diners, Rapicavoli needs little introduction. The Miami-born chef, restaurateur and longtime Festival favorite has built a fiercely loyal following through Eating House and Luca Osteria, where his cooking blends Italian-American nostalgia, Miami influences and the kind of playful creativity that keeps guests coming back. A Chopped winner and James Beard Award-recognized chef, Rapicavoli has become one of the defining culinary personalities of his hometown.

Then there’s Robbie Felice, the chef behind New Jersey’s pastaRAMEN, the boundary-pushing Wafu-Italian concept that began as a secret, invite-only pop-up and quickly developed a cult following of its own. A James Beard Rising Star Chef semifinalist, Felice has become known for marrying the techniques and flavors of Japanese cooking with the soul of Italian cuisine—think ramen meets handmade pasta, umami-rich sauces, and dishes that make you wonder why these two culinary worlds weren’t brought together sooner.

For this special lunch, Rapicavoli and Felice will bring those two distinct culinary universes together for a multi-course menu that promises to be anything but predictable.
