Three celebrated chefs, one intimate table, and an evening with a meaningful purpose. Michael Gulotta, Giorgio Rapicavoli and Marvin Navas come together at Prime Private for a special SOBEWFF® dinner benefiting FIU Embrace, an initiative at Florida International University dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities.
New Orleans-based chef Michael Gulotta brings the bold, deeply layered cooking that has made his restaurants MoPho, Maypop and TANA standouts, drawing inspiration from the flavors of Southeast Asia, Louisiana and beyond. Joining him is Miami-born chef Giorgio Rapicavoli, a longtime Festival favorite and Chopped winner whose restaurants, including Luca Osteria and Eating House, showcase his signature combination of Italian influence, Miami roots and inventive comfort food.
Rounding out the trio is Chef Marvin Navas, Executive Chef of Prime 112 and Prime Private, who brings his expertise and insider knowledge of the kitchen to the evening. As part of restaurateur Myles Chefetz’s celebrated Prime portfolio, Navas has helped shape the polished steakhouse experience and bold, indulgent cooking for which the iconic Miami Beach restaurants are known.
Together, Gulotta, Rapicavoli and Navas will bring their distinct culinary perspectives to one table for a multi-course menu created especially for the occasion. Expect Southern and Southeast Asian influences, modern Italian flavors, steakhouse indulgence and plenty of Miami personality to meet in unexpected ways.
Set within the sophisticated surroundings of Prime Private in Miami Beach, the evening pairs exceptional cooking with an even greater cause. Come hungry, raise a glass, and celebrate the power of food to bring everyone to the table.
