Two acclaimed Italian chefs come together high above Miami for an evening devoted to the craft, traditions, and extraordinary regional diversity of Italian cooking. Stefano Secchi joins Salvatore Martone at Seia Miami for an intimate SOBEWFF® dinner where handmade pasta, exceptional ingredients, and serious Italian pedigree meet one of Brickell’s most spectacular settings.

Secchi, chef and partner of New York City’s celebrated Rezdôra and Massara, has dedicated his career to mastering the regional cuisines of Italy. He spent years in Modena honing his craft at Massimo Bottura’s world-renowned Osteria Francescana and learning the art of handmade pasta before bringing those traditions to New York. At Rezdôra, his devotion to the cuisine of Emilia-Romagna earned the restaurant a MICHELIN Star from 2021 through 2025 and a three-star review from The New York Times.

Joining him is Naples-born Salvatore Martone, Executive Chef of The Bastion Collection and the culinary force helping guide Seia. A longtime protégé of legendary chef Joël Robuchon, Martone has spent his career in some of the country’s most distinguished kitchens and earned a James Beard Award nomination for Best Pastry Chef along the way. At Seia, his Southern Italian roots inform a contemporary approach defined by seasonality, precision, and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients.

Together, Secchi and Martone will explore Italy through two distinct culinary perspectives, bringing the traditions of the north and south together in a multi-course menu created especially for the occasion. Expect refined technique, handmade pastas, seasonal ingredients, and dishes that honor Italian tradition while leaving plenty of room for creativity.

And then there’s the view. Perched on the 54th floor of 830 Brickell, Seia pairs contemporary Italian dining with panoramic vistas stretching across Miami, Biscayne Bay, and the ocean. With gastronomy, art, and design all part of the experience, it’s a fitting backdrop for an evening celebrating Italian craftsmanship at its highest level.
