Known for his thoughtful approach to seasonal ingredients and his celebrated restaurants in Minneapolis, Kaysen presents a multi-course menu that showcases his refined yet approachable style.

Joining him is Ryan Rutherford, Executive Chef at Boulud Sud Miami, whose global culinary background spans more than 17 years. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, Rutherford has honed his skills across renowned kitchens, bringing a Mediterranean flair and polished technique to every dish.
