One of Miami’s hardest-to-book restaurants meets one of the city’s most design-forward culinary spaces. David Shim, Executive Chef and Partner of COTE Korean Steakhouse, brings the acclaimed COTE experience to the Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau Showroom by BSH in the Miami Design District for an intimate SOBEWFF® dinner.
COTE changed the steakhouse conversation by bringing together the convivial experience of Korean barbecue and the polish of a classic American steakhouse. Its original New York location became the first Korean steakhouse in the United States to earn a Michelin star, and its Miami counterpart has earned a Michelin star of its own.
At the center of it all is Shim, whose precise approach to Korean flavors, premium cuts and live-fire cooking has helped define the COTE experience. For this special evening, guests will have the chance to experience that culinary point of view outside the restaurant through a multi-course menu created for the occasion.
The backdrop is just as exceptional: the Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau Showroom by BSH in the Miami Design District, where cutting-edge culinary technology and sleek design set the stage for an evening devoted to craftsmanship in all its forms.
No reservation hunt required. Just one very special night of COTE at SOBEWFF®.
