Two James Beard Award-winning chefs with deep roots in some of America’s most influential kitchens come together in Miami Beach. Chef Carlo Mirarchi, co-founder and culinary force behind Brooklyn’s iconic Roberta’s, joins chef Brady Williams, founder of Seattle’s acclaimed Tomo, for a special evening at Ezio’s. Mirarchi is known for his seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking and his genre-defining work at Roberta’s, while Williams brings a distinctly personal style shaped by his Japanese heritage, Pacific Northwest ingredients, and years leading the kitchen at Seattle institution Canlis. Williams earned the 2019 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northwest before opening Tomo, where Japanese influences meet the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Now, the two chefs bring their creative perspectives to Ezio’s, Mirarchi’s Miami Beach restaurant, for a dinner built around bold ingredients, thoughtful technique, and the kind of unexpected collaboration that makes SOBEWFF® unforgettable.
