Three powerhouse chefs meet in Miami for a dinner where Italian roots, Eastern Mediterranean flavors, and a whole lot of personality come together. Antonia Lofaso and Ayesha Nurdjaja join Christopher Aguirre, Executive Chef of Loews Miami Beach Hotel and Preston’s, for an intimate collaboration that brings three distinctive culinary voices to the table.

Lofaso, the Los Angeles chef and restaurateur behind Scopa Italian Roots, DAMA, and Black Market Liquor Bar, is also a familiar face from Top Chef, Chopped, and Tournament of Champions. Nurdjaja, a Brooklyn-bred chef of Italian and Indonesian heritage, is the chef and partner behind New York’s Shuka and Shukette and a James Beard Award finalist known for her vibrant Eastern Mediterranean cooking. Rounding out the trio is Aguirre, who leads the culinary program at Loews Miami Beach Hotel and Preston’s, bringing his own perspective and deep familiarity with the South Florida dining scene to the evening.

Set inside Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Preston’s provides a polished South Beach backdrop for this meeting of accomplished chefs.
