SOBEWFF: Aperitivo By “The Pasta Queen”

Cost: $145

Aperitivo hosted by “The Pasta Queen” Nadia Caterina Munno, Dan Richer and Michael Pirolo

In Italy, aperitivo isn’t just a drink before dinner. It’s a ritual—a moment to gather, sip, snack and ease into the evening. For one special SOBEWFF® gathering, “The Pasta Queen” Nadia Caterina Munno is bringing that beloved tradition to Miami alongside chefs Michael Pirolo and Dan Richer.

With more than 10 million followers, two bestselling cookbooks and a hit television series, Italian-born Munno has built a global following by sharing the food, traditions and irresistible personality of Italy with the world. Joining her is Michael Pirolo, the chef behind beloved South Beach Italian restaurant Macchialina, and Dan Richer, the acclaimed chef and owner of Razza in Jersey City, a six-time James Beard Award nominee whose obsessive approach to pizza has earned national acclaim.

Together, the trio will put their own spin on aperitivo with Italian-inspired food, drinks and plenty of reasons to linger around the table.

And there may be no better setting than Bar Bucce. The neighborhood wine bar and restaurant was named a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Bar, making it a fitting backdrop for an afternoon devoted to the Italian art of eating, drinking and enjoying the moment.

Come hungry, order something sparkling, and let three Italian-food obsessives show you why aperitivo may just be the best hour of the day.
