Set inside the Bosch, Thermador & Gaggenau Showroom by BSH Home Appliances in the Miami Design District, the evening unfolds in a space where cutting-edge design and culinary craftsmanship meet—the perfect backdrop for a tasting built around exceptional ingredients and five distinct points of view.

Each host brings something different to the table. From Aoko Miami’s intimate omakase experience and Mr. Omakase’s modern approach to premium sushi to Miss Crispy Rice’s playful Japanese-inspired creations and Nami Nori’s signature open-style temaki, guests will experience the many ways Japanese flavors and techniques can take shape. The Wagyu Bar adds another indulgent layer to the progression, bringing its expertise in premium Wagyu beef to a night already devoted to some of the finest ingredients around.

Settle in for a multi-course journey that moves from pristine seafood and hand rolls to crispy rice, premium Wagyu, and plenty of surprises in between.
