Winemaker Clay Mauritson and Chef Charlie Palmer invite you to the Sixteenth Annual Project Zin event, August 21-22, 2026. The celebratory weekend features dining and educational events hosted by Chef Palmer, Clay Mauritson, and some of the industry’s most elite winemakers.
Saturday evening’s preeminent event, Project Zin, will be hosted at the spectacular Appellation Healdsburg. The event will gather some of the most sought-after Zinfandels paired with food from Chef Charlie Palmer and the teams from Folia Bar & Kitchen and Dry Creek Kitchen, along with top Sonoma County chefs. All proceeds will benefit the Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area.

Project Zin Hotel Lodging Packages include:
Check-in Friday, August 21 | Check-out Sunday, August 22. Attendees must be 21 years or older. Tickets are limited while supplies last. Applicable facility fees and service charges apply to all ticket sales and must be paid by purchaser. Event tickets are non-refundable. Event tickets are non-refundable. Packages prices include resort fee and 16% tax on room portion. Wine reception and Behind the Scenes with Mauritson Winery are only included in Project Zin Lodging Packages. Full package pricing is charged at the time of booking. Hotel lodging packages have a six-week cancelation policy. Reservations must be cancelled six weeks prior to arrival day for full refund. Packages canceled after Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 3 pm PT are non-refundable. The room portion of the package may be applied to a future stay, ticket fees will not be credited.
