Explore six timeless wines (and be among the first members of the public to experience one of them) representing six varietals by family owned and operated MCV Winery. Based Paso Robles, CA. MCV showcases the winemaking expertise of owner Matthew C. Villard, whose passionate commitment to his craft imbues every bottle of the complex MCV wines with a memorable smoothness, boldness and elegance. The evening's wines, including MCV's highly rated flagship ultra premium1105 Petit Syrah Blend, will be paired by a delectable five-course menu by David Burke created to enhance the wines' deeply nuanced flavor notes.

Menu highlights such as Sea Scallops with Romanesco, Chanterelles and Butternut Squash and Filet Mignon, Oxtail Stew, Black Truffles with Potatoes, Caramelized Carrots, Turnips and Horseradish Mousse, will be complemented. respectively, by AVL Sauvignon Blanc 2023 and MCV Petit Syrah 2021, as well as the 1105 Petite Syrah Blend.

The intimate and informative evening will conclude by an intriguing surprise, a new unreleased Port accompanying the Coconut Cheesecake Fritters.
