Join us at Dablon Vineyards & Winery for Sip&Style — a hands-on wine and charcuterie experience hosted by Blush&Brie. During this guided workshop, you’ll learn how to cut and style artisan cheeses, shape and layer cured meats beautifully, pair seasonal accompaniments, and garnish your board with depth and balance.

Each guest will build their own charcuterie board (serves 3–4) to take home and enjoy, along with a complimentary glass of Dablon wine included with your ticket. Additional bottles may be preordered in advance or purchased on site the evening of the event.
