​Join Chef Tiff in our professional commercial kitchen for an interactive, 3-course culinary journey designed for couples who love great food and even better vibes. You won't just be eating a world-class meal; you'll be mastering the techniques behind it.

​What’s on the Menu?

  • ​The Spark: Pan-Seared Sea Scallops (or our "Forest Scallop" Mushroom alternative) with Lemon-Pea Puree.
  • ​The Flame: Espresso-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin with a Red Wine Reduction & Truffle Mash.
  • ​The Sweetest End: Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes with Macerated Berries.

​The Mixology Experience:

Every couple will head to our "Signature Sip" station to craft The Crimson Kiss—a botanical blend of raspberry, elderflower, and sparkling Rosé. Learn the art of the perfect pour and professional garnishing.
