Welcome to No Wine Left Behind! We’re a NYC-based wine education and events company that teaches people how to navigate wine through play, curiosity, and real-world tasting experiences. We work with restaurants, winemakers, and regional wine boards to design events that are fun first and educational second (...and competitive third, but who’s counting?). For this Sip School, we are headed to Brooklyn to partner with The Franklin, a Clinton Hill gem known for great wine, awesome energy, and absolutely zero stuffiness. Their thoughtfully curated list spans Europe and the U.S., featuring expressive, food-friendly bottles alongside wines on tap and one of the neighborhood’s best happy hours. It’s the perfect place for tasting, guessing, debating, and discovering — AKA peak Sip School vibes.
