Set against a romantic atmosphere of candlelight and light Italian music, Sip & Savor pairs a five-course dining experience with a guided exploration of wine. Whether it's date night, a girls' night out or an evening with friends, this is a summer night designed to be savored.

Enjoy a five-course Italian-inspired dining experience with curated wine tastings throughout the evening, guided by our featured wine sommelier.

Begin with a selection of Italian meats, cheeses, nuts, olives, crackers, crostini, marinated artichokes, dried fruit and assorted jams.

A creamy vegetarian tomato broth highlighted with basil chiffonade and roasted for a rich, smoky flavor.

Refresh your palate with a light raspberry sorbet before moving into the entrée course.

Enjoy two Italian-inspired entrée selections, served in smaller portions so you can experience both:

Frutti di Mare
Baby and little neck clams, calamari, mussels, scallops and shrimp served with linguine in a spicy marinara sauce.

Chicken Cacciatore
Floured and sautéed chicken breast and thigh served in a roasted garlic tomato sauce with basil, olive oil and Kalamata olives.

Finish the evening with fresh fruit layered over vanilla genoise cake and nestled in puff pastry, accompanied by the evening's final wine pairing.

Throughout the experience, our featured wine sommelier will guide you through the wines selected for the evening, sharing tasting techniques, pairing tips and the stories behind each glass.
