English-Brown Winery is teaming up with Blackbox Kitchen for the return of Sip & Fold — an interactive night of handmade gyoza, bold flavors, handcrafted wine, and good company. This time we're exploring two delicious styles: Traditional Gyoza with cabbage, beef or pork, ginger, scallions, and savory Japanese-inspired seasonings, and Latin Fusion Gyoza featuring Picadillo-style beef or pork with sofrito aromatics and Latin spices.

You'll learn how to prepare, fill, and fold your own gyoza dough from scratch before enjoying your creations alongside English-Brown wines. It's hands-on cooking, two gyoza styles, handmade dough, and great pairings all in one evening — perfect for date night, a night out with friends, or anyone who loves good food and wine.
