Chenin Blanc is surging in popularity, and we’re releasing ours with a Wine Enthusiast recommended pairing you won’t forget.

All weekend long, we’ll be pairing our new 2025 Chenin Blanc with sour cream & onion potato chips to demonstrate the power of balance with acidity cutting cream, salt amplifying fruit, and texture meeting texture.

Grown on our Los Alamos estate vineyard, this off-dry Chenin Blanc balances bright apricot, golden honey, fresh basil, and crisp minerality with vibrant acidity and a clean finish. It’s pure Santa Barbara terroir — elegant, textured, and endlessly food-friendly.
