Our fabulous Shakespearean winemaker dinner is back for one final curtain call! Four carefully crafted courses by Chef Penny Addison paired with our lovely SRC wines, while our fabulous director, Dyani Turner, and her talented troupe of actors present selections from some of William Shakespeare's historic works. All in our beautiful outdoor green space so we can enjoy the summer weather together! Vegetarian/vegan options are available...just let us know in the notes section when you order your tickets! Tickets are $95 (includes dinner, wine, entertainment, tax, and gratuity).
The Menu
Course One~ Pan de Tummac...toasted sourdough, vine-ripened tomato, fresh basil, garlic, balsamic, olive oil and cracked black pepper.
Course Two~ Classic Caesar Salad with crisp romaine, housemade dressing, shaved Romano cheese, crouton and lemon
Course Three~Smoked Cuban Pork with house-made dry rub...served with mojo potatoes...petite Yukon Golds tossed with orange, lime, garlic, butter, cumin and oregano, summer corn pudding...fresh corn and cream studded with fire roasted tomatoes, charred zucchini, onion, and jalapeno, topped with cojita cheese and cilantro, and classic cornbread
Course Four~ Baked Soppaia cheesecake with honey orange glaze, crema batida, fresh strawberry
