In an intimate class setting, Carmela Ice Cream founder, Jessica Mortarotti, will share her secrets and tricks of the trade for making incredible ice cream at home using all natural, seasonal Ingredients.

She will go over the basics of creating both ice cream and sorbet – with demonstrations and tastings of each. She will also discuss flavor inspiration and pairing ideas.

Classes are demonstration based and held in our Pasadena creamery. All class attendees take one one pint of each flavor. Space is limited so reserve your seat today!
