Step into an unforgettable evening of flavor and nostalgia at Seabar: A Culinary Throwback Tasting Dinner, in collaboration with Tappo Venues.

Join us for an exclusive, in-person dining experience as we take your palate on a journey through some of Seabar’s most iconic dishes, alongside exciting new creations, curated by the renowned Mike A and Tappo's own Phil Limina. Set inside the historic Hotel Lafayette, the former home of Bourbon & Butter and Mike A’s at the Lafayette, this intimate event blends culinary artistry with a rich sense of place.

Enjoy a thoughtfully crafted 7-course tasting menu, perfectly paired with a curated wine experience featuring generous pours throughout the evening. A cash bar will also be available for guests who wish to explore additional offerings.

First Course
Beef on Weck Sushi Roll
Seared tenderloin wrapped by thinly pounded carpaccio, sushi rice, horseradish aioli, caraway seeds and sea salt

Second Course
Sashimi Tasting
A flight of sashimi grade tuna, hamachi, salmon, and diver scallops garnished individually

Third Course
Thai Coconut Curry
Coconut milk and red curry broth, vermicelli noodles, napa cabbage, succulent tiger shrimp

Fourth Course
Smoked Duck Breast
Five-spice rubbed smoked duck breast, sweet corn and scallion pancake, blood orange honey glaze

Fifth Course
Tsunami Tuna
Seared Ahi Tuna, Chinese black beans, lobster demi glace, crispy tempura squid

Sixth Course
24-Hour Rib
Sous vide Wagyu beef short ribs pan seared with celery root pave', shallot bacon jam, barrel aged soy mustard sauce

Seventh Course
Soufflé Dessert
French vanilla souffle made a' la minute
