Flytrap Brewing presents a collaborative three-part culinary & wine workshop series.

In collaboration with Chef Sam Cahoon of Savorez and our wine rep Lauren Dixon of Winebow | Fine Wines & Spirits.
Join us for one immersive class or all three for the full flavor experience. Each evening features hands-on cooking instruction with Sam paired with a curated trio of wines selected and presented by Lauren.

Workshop Lineup

Thursday, January 15 — Featuring Spain
Kick off the series with a taste of Spain. Chef Sam will guide guests through the art of crafting pinchos—small, flavor-packed bites—while Lauren pours three Spanish wines chosen to elevate every plate.

Thursday, February 19 — Featuring Italy
Travel to Italy for an evening dedicated to the beloved focaccia. Learn how to make this classic bread and a savory dip to pair alongside it, all complemented by three beautiful Italian wines.

Thursday, March 19 — Featuring California
We wrap the series with a nod to a Savorez staple: the empanada. Guests will learn how to make their own while Lauren shares three curated California wines that shine with every bite.
