Spend an afternoon at Faust Haus with our 2025 Sauvignon Blanc—a bright, fresh, and energetic expression of the season. The afternoon will feature barbecued Hog Island oysters and selections from Fatted Calf, thoughtfully paired to highlight the wine's bright aromatics and layered complexity. Following the event, members may reserve exclusive Bottle Service to continue the afternoon in true Faust style. Bottle service is not available to non-members.
