A celebration of the Saperavi grape. In an effort to showcase the high quality of the wines produced from the ancient Saperavi grape when grown in the Finger Lakes NY AVA. Knapp Winery along with Bully Hill Vineyards, Damiani Wine Cellars, Dr. Konstantine Frank, Idol Ridge Winery, and McGregor Vineyard. Each winery will be presenting at least 1expression of Saperavi along with other select wines from each estate.
