Sotto Chef David Rodriguez welcomes Danny Espinoza and Jhoana Ruiz, the duo behind Santa Masa Tamaleria, for a special collaborative pairing dinner that brings together bold Mexican flavors and Italian-inspired cuisine.

The evening showcases a multi-course menu that moves between both kitchens’ styles—from playful, technique-driven dishes like Cannoli Crudo and Chicken Chorizo Raviolo to more composed plates like Striped Bass with carrot mole and Beef Tenderloin with ancho bordelaise. Each course is paired with cocktails designed to complement and contrast, blending agave spirits, Italian aperitifs, and fresh seasonal elements.
