This special tasting will feature a flight of five distinctive sakes, showcasing the artistry and diversity of several of Japan’s finest producers. Shannon Tucker of Chambers & Chambers will guide us through each pour, sharing fascinating insights into regional styles, brewing techniques, and pairing possibilities.

Whether you’re a longtime sake enthusiast or simply curious to learn more, this guided experience promises an engaging and delicious exploration of Japan’s celebrated drink.

જ⁀ HOSTED BY SANNON TUCKER - Shannon is a wine and sake hospitality leader with over twenty years of experience in restaurants, where she built acclaimed beverage programs with a strong focus on wine. About seven years ago, she was "bitten by the sake bug" and has been exploring the category with passion ever since. Now part of the Chambers & Chambers Wine Merchants team, Shannon represents Japan Prestige Sake and continues to expand her sake knowledge both professionally and personally. She holds the WSET Level III Award in Sake with Merit and is an active member of Moto Sake Club.
