Every Wednesday, ZAFFERANO & CO. Chef Nickolò Della Pina, born in Carrara, Tuscany, teaches the secrets of light, pillowy potato gnocchi with saffron in a hands-on class at Via Toscana, an Italian restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen.

What you will do

• Choose the right potatoes and learn why they matter.
• Make the saffron dough from scratch at your own station.
• Shape every gnocco by hand.
• Finish them with fresh tomatoes, then sit down together and enjoy what you made.

Included

• A glass of Prosecco on us (21+ with a valid photo ID)
• All ingredients and tools, apron and cooking station
• The meal you cook and recipes to take home

• Open to guests 14 and older.
• Other drinks are ordered and paid at the venue bar. You may bring your own bottle: corkage $25 per bottle.
