I especially loved learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch and pairing it with a simple but flavorful sauce. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun, and interactive. I left feeling confident that I can recreate the recipes at home. Highly recommend this class to anyone who loves cooking or wants to improve their kitchen skills!

Chef Dix’s class was such a great experience. The atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and welcoming, and we enjoyed meeting several other lovely couples while learning together. Chef Dix created a laid-back environment that made the whole evening feel easy and enjoyable. Wishing Chef Dix all the best moving forward. Thank you for a wonderful class! One small note for the venue: it would have been helpful if the bar staff had communicated to Chef Dix that several of us had already arrived. There was plenty of space upstairs for us to wait, but we were mostly ignored by the bar staff and at times felt a bit like we were in the way. Clearer communication would have made the arrival experience smoother. Overall though, we had a lovely time.
