This tasting event pairs fermentation, food, and fun in a fundraising event bringing over 40 local and regional food, craft beer, wine, and spirit vendors to the RMSC. Enjoy an evening of sampling, entertainment, and unique insights into the science of wine, beer, and spirits. This unique fundraising event celebrates all things food and beverage while raising general operating support for the RMSC, and its three locations the Museum/Science Center (Rochester campus), the Strasenburgh Planetarium (Rochester campus) and Cumming Nature Center in Naples, NY.

During the event at the Museum/Science Center, dozens of local and regional beer, wine, spirit, and food vendors will set up shop at the RMSC Museum & Science Center with tasting samples and products to purchase. Guests can also learn more about the science behind food and beverage tasting, mixology, viticulture, brewing, distilling, and more.
