In partnership with Squalo Vino, this special Hot Pot Class & Riesling Tasting brings together the conviviality of Korean hot pot with a guided tasting led by Loren Ettinger, Riesling specialist and wine representative from Chambers & Chambers.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be led through a tasting of four distinct Rieslings, with a focus on the nuance and range of German dry styles. Loren will share insight into the varietal—its structure, acidity, and subtle sweetness—while exploring how it pairs beautifully with bold, layered flavors.

Alongside the tasting, you’ll enjoy a hands-on hot pot experience taught by chef Megan from Highlow Larder.
