Join us for an evening inspired by the Rhône Valley of France, where expressive wines meet thoughtfully paired cuisine. This intimate wine dinner celebrates tradition, terroir, and the simple pleasure of sharing a great glass.
The multi-course menu begins with Frisée Lyonnaise with smoky bacon, soft-poached egg, petits toasts, and warm vinaigrette, followed by honey-glazed quail with seared foie gras, pomme purée, fine herbs, and quail jus. The main course features lamb loin with gratin dauphinois, broccoli chinois, and lamb jus, ending with warm beignets served with berry compote and sauce en poudre.
