Three memorable labels from our early days are making a comeback with a new twist! Our Retro Rosé Series brings back the beloved Heirloom, Franken’s, and Dollface labels, but this time, all three sparkling wines begin with the same base wine. Each receives its own unique dosage, creating three distinct expressions of sparkling rosé.

Winemaker Mark “Bubbly” Wenzel will share the stories behind these memorable labels, explain the role dosage plays in shaping each wine, and take us through the history of Illinois Sparkling Co. as we celebrate 15 years of bubbles!
