Pub Plates & Petite Pours: An Irish Table at Earlyhouse
Join Sauce Catering at Earlyhouse as our tasting dinner series continues with an evening inspired by the warmth, flavor, and convivial spirit of the Irish table.
This guided tasting experience begins with a welcome bite and petite pour, followed by a four-dish comparison flight, and concludes with a final course and pour. Across six petite pours, guests will explore Guinness, Smithwick’s, Sullivan’s Irish Gold, and Harp Lager, experiencing how each beer evolves and interacts with different dishes throughout the evening.
Portions are intentionally petite, designed to highlight contrast, balance, and pairing while leaving space for conversation, discovery, and enjoyment.
Throughout the evening, we’ll share brief, approachable insight into the beers, the dishes, and how they interact, creating an experience that is both relaxed and engaging.
Tickets are $55 per person, plus applicable taxes.
This dinner is well suited for food lovers, beer enthusiasts, Irishmen and women, and those who are Irish once a year.
Seating will be arranged at a mix of shared and small tables to encourage a warm, convivial atmosphere. Guests who prefer to sit together are welcome to note the names and number in their party at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate those requests.
