The evening is built around a simple premise: fried chicken, champagne, and conversations around a better future in food and farming. Guests are welcomed with a glass of bubbly and passed bites before moving through a stationary spread of seasonal salads, sides, and fried chicken, with champagne flowing throughout the night, curated by Kiko's sommelier Lina Goujjane with a focus on growers who support regenerative viticulture. Chef Alex Chang's menu champions ethical and local sourcing of poultry and produce. Each ticket includes, food, champagne and gratuity in Kiko's private dining room in a standing, conversational setting. All other beverages will be billed on consumption.
