Guest Instructors: Pray Tell Founders Tom Caruso and Sydney Adams

This is more than a tasting — it’s a return visit from one of our favorite modern winemaking stories. Come sip, swirl, and hear the stories that make these wines so special.

Join us for a special guided tasting with the folks behind Pray Tell, a winery that began as a dream on the West Coast and has since found a true home in Olde Kensington, Philadelphia.

Tom’s story is a love letter to family, food, and a relentless curiosity for the craft of winemaking. Raised in the tradition of making wine with his Italian grandfather, he took a detour through the world of publishing before the pull of the vineyard became undeniable. After years of producing wine in Oregon, he took a leap and brought world-class winemaking to Philly.

At this intimate tasting, Tom and Sydney will share the stories behind their wines: the hands-on farming, the late-night harvests, and yes, even the hand-cut labels on every bottle.

Expect a lineup of beautifully balanced, low-intervention wines that capture the spirit of the East Coast's emerging wine scene. Whether you joined us for their last visit or are discovering Pray Tell for the first time, come ready to taste, learn, and connect with the people and passion behind the wines.
