In this engaging and interactive class, you'll:

-Learn about the fascinating world of honey—how it’s made, the role of bees, and the incredible variety of colors, aromas, and flavors.

-Taste a range of honeys from light to dark profiles, explore textures like creamed, crystalized, and honey straight from the comb, and use a honey flavor wheel and color chart to track your impressions.

-Enjoy a guided wine tasting featuring three hand-selected Fergedaboudit wines expertly paired with a small cheese sampling and our signature drizzle—perfect on everything from cheese to shrimp, pork tenderloin, pancakes, ice cream, and more.
