Join us January 10 at Michigan by the Bottle – Auburn Hills for a hands-on sourdough workshop led by Kim’s Cooking Creations. This fun, approachable class is perfect for beginners and anyone curious about sourdough — no intimidation, just learning, laughing, and great wine.

- Dough you’ll make in class and bake at home
