Sean, who was previously the Chef at the two MICHELIN-Starred Momofuku Ko, now leads the kitchen at the Sergeantsville Inn in New Jersey where he serves familiar tavern dishes prepared with exceptional care and technique. For this pizza party, Sean is bringing a special menu that represents his culinary past and present, offering three special dishes (including the mustard pie from his Ko days) that you can reserve with your booking and will be available alongside the full Pizzeria Beddia menu.
